I just picked this book up yesterday by Malcolm Gladwell called Outliers: The Story of Success. Thus far it is an interesting read. Malcolm Gladwell also wrote the following bestselling books The Tipping Point and Blink. I heard about this book by Kevin Rose, founder of Digg.com. I definitely think that if you interested in how to be successful which most are, you should pick this book up and give it a read. Once I finish this book I plan on going and picking up Gladwell's other two books.
